Royal Kebab & Fried Chicken

I ordered a lamb kebab which was £6.99 but when I attempted to pay by card I noticed that it said £7 on the machine. When I mentioned this the manager said, "Oh sometimes we give extra sauce or salad that's why we charge extra". I was shocked by his response as he didn't even admit his mistake and apologise. I continued by saying that I didn't request extra items and although he overcharged me by 1p, had he done this to a hundred customers he would have profited by £1 at the expense of customers. He then reluctantly give me my 1p. Just think how many other customers this was done to, where they were overcharged without knowing it. This shop lacks honesty, integrity, customer service and professionalism. I do not care if you have been around for 20 years, there are dishonest people working there.

i had a döner kebab from here today, and it was delicious! i wanted to write a review because i had a great experience with this restaurant, but then i saw so much hate for some reason!!!! not sure why, because the food and service was 5/5. thank u royal kebab 💗

Not sure what that dog food review was on about... It just seems spiteful. But I've eaten here plenty of times, both with family and friends over the years, and we all love this place. Easily one of the best kebab spots around.

We ordered online a lamb doner. It smelled like dog food and was repulsive so I fed it to my dog. She didn’t want it either.
